Group mat Pilates classes are recommended for those who do not have any serious injuries and for those who particularly enjoy social interaction as they learn. The mat classes run on a termly basis and are scheduled at the same time each week. They are grouped according to ability to ensure that you get the safest and most effective workout for your body.
Beginner Mat Pilates classes - are for clients who are new to Pilates or for those clients who have not practiced Pilates for some time. These classes are taught following the beginner mat orders.
Intermediate Mat Pilates classes - additional exercises are added on to the beginner repertoire to make the class more challenging. These classes are taught following the intermediate mat orders.
Advanced Mat Pilates classes - are quite simply that! These classes are taught following the advance mat orders with a fast tempo and with flowing transitions . The result is a really tough workout.
