Our Reformer classes are small and follow the classical sequences with lots of hands on corrections to ensure each movement is executed correctly.  The classes are challenging but are taught at a level to suit your body.  


Our Tower classes work your entire body. The springs will help you build strength and find deeper connections to your body but also challenge you at the same time.


You will feel energised and leave walking taller after every class.
